Research Interests & Activities:
The primary research focus of our lab is theoretical, statistical and computational approaches to understanding the evolution and spread of infectious diseases.
This includes:
1) Stochastic and deterministic dynamical models
2) Bio-informatics and genomic analysis
3) Epidemiology and statistics .
