For competitions in the Fall 2017 (dates to be announced), please order your OFFICIAL up-to-date transcripts.

Important:  Your current McMaster University transcript must show registration/enrollment confirmation for the for 2017-18 year.

Please ensure that you order the required transcripts in advance (if you completed your undergraduate studies elsewhere). All transcripts will be required for your submission for our internal deadline dates.

SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES KEY DEADLINES
A two‐stage internal review process is in place at McMaster to help identify the strongest applications and to select the most competitive candidates in each research mandate of CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC.

  • The Stage ONE Letter of Intent (LOI) Package is due to the School of Graduate Studies on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 10:00am.
  • Stage TWO applications for Stage 1 endorsed candidates are due to the School of Graduate Studies on Thursday, October 12, 2017, 10:00am.
  • McMaster INTERNAL RESEARCHNET DEADLINE (FOR STUDENTS): Wednesday, October 25th 2017, 11:59pm
    Stage two endorsed candidates will submit a complete application on ResearchNet by McMaster’s ResearchNet internal deadline.
  • VANIER DEADLINE‐McMaster must forward their selected nominations to the Vanier CGS program by November 1, 2017 (8:00 p.m. Eastern Time)
